Ay Kebab - Broad Channel

Ai kebab visitors with friends. Immediately they brought very tasty flatbreads and sauces. Very tasty and light Merjimek (lentil puree soup), large portions of delicious fries, but the meat was very disappointing, we ordered a kebab mix, far from the best kebabs we have ever eaten. I was a little upset that when the door was constantly open, the wind blew very strongly and it was cool in the room. In general not bad.

It was our 2nd time at Ay Kebab. We loved the taste of food and the hospitality of the workers, but this time we had an incident that made me very uncomfortable I doubt I'd be going again.We ordered the fried chicken, and asked for a side of mayonnaise. The server brought the chicken, but said they didn't have any mayonnaise. When my husband decided to go buy the mayonnaise from a nearby grocery store, the manager said he'd bring us some. Then, the server brought a heaped bowl, explaining that they had the mayonnaise in the kitchen not for customers. I did enjoy the taste of the chicken with the added mayonnaise, but I felt very sad that the initial reaction was of stinginess rather than generosity.

One of my best Turkish food in nyc amazing the rest is always the same . Keep up the good work guys ??

The quality of service is definitely going down !I ordered 2 Beef gyro and friesI got 2 chicken instead of beef .. the quantity was way less than usual and the food was cold .. they didnt even bother to heaten it and ofc i threw the fries it was fried a week ago and heated ! This place used to be my go to in bayridge but not anymore !

I bought 3 lahmacun for 20$ but they were so small please fix than do this like Burçak cafe, after 2 lahmacun you get high saying 1 is on us and I'm giving you 3
