Avli The Little Greek Tavern

Food is good but extremely over-priced. It's ridiculous. The place is busy and popular so sometimes there's a long wait for seating and delivery/pickup and mistakes happen with the order (which at their high prices are deal-breakers for me). If you want Greek food, if you're not starving and can anticipate a mistake or long wait times then give Avli a try. There are a few other Greek restaurants on the same street a few blocks away so you have other choices.

We found this place by accident driving by one day and said we should try it next time. We went to the Kafe side It was amazing. From customer service when you first walk in to the deliciousness of the food we loved it. It was a party of 4 and 1/2 as they called us as we needed a high chair. The portions were great and fresh. We had the Mediterranean Eggs Benedict with additional avocado, the waffles the dream crepe all were simply wow. The price is reasonable as a matter of fact less than what we usually spend at a diner. We will be back again and again, we must try the rest of the menu ?

Time after time, this place delivers. From my first time, a few years ago, to the present, a great selection of Greek delicacies prepped just right. The staff is friendly and attentive. My only caveat is that because it's so popular, you might have to wait for a booth or table, but it's worth it. Everything is cooked fresh, nothing tastes like it came from a freezer. The tables are clean and the decor is pleasant. Definitely a good spot to bring the family. ευχαριστώ (Thank you)

Excellent service ,cozy restaurant,reasonable prices.Try the grilled octopus..tender,marinated, and grilled to perfection.Soup, moussaka, spinach pie, everything on the menus is delicious!

Great coffee, great dessert and a beautiful place to sit down to chat and enjoy dinner
