Beer is good, food is okay, depends on cooking work on this day

1 star in a personal way. Food and drinks are great!

First visit after reconstruction. Beer is only better average. Hoping for v next visit to be better and v will try food as well. Place is nice and clean. Visitors are mostly local neighbors. Lady bartender is fast, smiley and chatty. Takeaway is possible and lately even delivery is on.

Decent pub, but the food is just ok . Ribs are decent but nowhere nearly as good as what you can get at Restaurace Holiday. You will not find a more tender rack of ribs than what is offered at Holiday. Tukan should not offer fish chips on their menu (Reckovice location) if they cannot prepare them correctly. The fish was limp and soggy and did not have any crunch or crisp. The chips they serve are nothing more than shoestring fried potatoes, or what they call in this country... hranolky. Like most places in Brno, Czech Republic, primary thought goes to drinking, and food and gastronomy follow as an after-thought. Get your drink on first, and then when you 're drunk, you won 't even care what your food tastes like.
