Unfriendly staff, cute cats but over grooming themselves all the time and not very friendly. No toys to engage with them either

We were VERY DISAPPOINTED with this place. We were there with two well behaving kids but we were treated as if we were some customers who needs to be looked after because if not we destroy the place. I would rather prefer if they wrote on the door that kids are not welcome, better than going there and get weird looks. We got some negative face expressions because some of us didn 't speak Czech, then we were told that the table we chose is reserved although nobody came until the time we left and when we chose another one, suddenly became reserved, too. Great food and drinks with cats. Cafe is mainly for adults which I prefer. Calm coffee without kids screeming it is perfect for regeneration. Thanks to manual It was easy to enjoy cats without possibilities to hurt them.

Good location, but unfortunately quite rude waitress/owner. The conditions of the place are also sad to say the least. Even though the cafe was established 6 years ago everything looks very old and not maintained. Cats are obese and treated literally like furniture. When me and my friend arrived to the place the waitress kick down the cat from the second chair of the table next to which my friend temporarily sat to enjoy looking at the cat until we waited for our order. When another customer noted that it wasn't nice, she said that we should have had chose another table in case we didn't want to disturb the cat even though we didn't even pet it or interacted with it anyhow. Also it's useful to note that those 4 cats that live there were bought (not adopted) specifically for that business which explains such attitude towards them from the stuff. When it comes to the service itself it is approximately on the same level as everything else: the ice coffee with ice cream that we ordered had less ice cream inside then a half of the teaspoon. It was as well served with plastic straws that are supposed to be banned in Czechia. As a cherry on top it's impossible to pay by card in this place.

Not nice, u have the feeling like ur in someone's living room uninvited and paying for it, also u can't do anything, cats ignore u (obviously they are animals, but you can't even go to them) or bring kids or pay with a card, considering the reason u go there are cats and not the mediocre food it's a let down
