La Villa Tokyo - Brive-la-Gaillarde

I found this restaurant by accident walking from the station through town to my hotel. It 's very small with only a few tables, would fill quickly in peak times. Staff were very attentive with my order taken quickly but 100% accurately. I 've been to Japan many times and this food was pretty good quality and very fresh. Both the sushi sashimi were huge portions. I had the menu label and some extra gyozas excellent.

Perhaps it was just the woman helping but i was tearing my hair out trying to order!! She refused to get it and after 20 minutes had to slam menu shut and give up. For some reason the menu is ridiculously complicated. Food average.

This is a small cafe type restaurant with a few chairs and tables outside. the decor is quite basic as are the chairs and tables. I spend a lot of time in the Far East having eaten in many Japanese restaurants (I don't think this is an authentic Japanese restaurant but nevertheless it is okay for a stopover. This little place is busy and somewhat crowded because space is at such a minimum. The food is enthusiastically brought to your table, it is well cooked and enjoyable however, it is quite average.

Very nice restaurant with super service. We had one of the more spectacular dishes; Le Pont and it was excellent. Very friendly for children as well.

Par hasard sur Brive au moment du déjeuner, nous avons eu une envie de sushi mon ami et moi et un policier nous a conseillé ce restaurant, nous n'avons pas été déçus! très bon accueil et très bonne cuisine! j'ai eu droit à un supplément de gingembre gratuit parce que j'adore ça :)
