Przekaż informację zwrotnąChick Fil A is the best franchise in the world. However this particular restaurant at Warrington Crossing is one of the worst. They seem to have a lot of management issues. They messed up so many of my orders in the past. And the other day when the restaurant closed early without any warning due to snow, they turned me away, even though they were still serving others and I had placed my app order 10 minutes before they actually closed.Today they filled my fries basket only 2/3 way up and refused to do anything about it when I asked. The manager is clearly not intent on keeping his customers satisfied. I've never had issues with any other Chick Fil A restaurants.Even though this one is the closest to me, I'm totally sick of them and the manager at this point and have decided not to come back to this restaurant.
Chick-fil-A is usually always good, the only issue is how long do you have to Wait, this location is great about keeping lines short and getting the customer in and out. The food has consistently been awesome and the service is always great.
I have placed orders through the app for in-store pickup a few times, and have always been pleased with the service. There was one time when I had a bit of a wait, but the restaurant was very busy and the staff didn't realize that I had only ordered drinks and no meal. The staff was friendly and the food was good.
At 11:12 AM I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with fries and a Diet Coke via the app for carry out. After picking up and consuming my order around 3:15pm I started experiencing symptoms like nausea and an upset stomach. While still at work, I began vomiting and went home soon after. Once I arrived home at 5:33pm, I began experiencing ALL of the symptoms of food poisoning (I will spare you the gory details). I submitted a report with Chick-fil-A, but never received a response. I also saw that there has been other reports of this happening to other consumers. PLEASE be careful when patronizing this business since it appears that they do not care about their customers. I will be going to the emergency room shortly due to the fact that I am severely dehydrated and have passed out.
Ordering the same thing as my breakfast for months now. A cobb salad with grilled nuggets and an extra side of grilled nuggets to add to my salad. Today’s “extra side” looked as though I was given scraps. The container was a third of the way full whether you could count eight pieces or not. Normally I’d let it go and move on but that extra side cost me $6 so I gave them a call and their manager ANDREW told me that I should come all the way back to the location so he could personally count how many nuggets I was given so he can assess if he needs to give me 2,4,6, or any at all. Sorry Andrew, but I wasn’t born yesterday. I’m not about to hike back out of my way for you to say “you got the amount of nuggets you’re supposed to get.” All you had to say was that you’d make me a new batch and I can come pick it up. It’s that simple. I’ve not once had any issues and me coming is so routine I didn’t expect for Shrek himself to try and play me over some grilled nuggets. Do better and get rid of that Ogre.
