Had a great experience with the owner. The delivery company forgot my drinks, but couldn?t get anyone. I called the owner and she immediately took care of everything and very responsive and courteous.
This particular subway restaurant has a very slow moving line. I walked out, because they took the other patrons before me in line. They started my order and didn?t finish it and took the other patrons who were behind me in line ahead of me when I was first in line before finishing my order.
The staff is quick and welcoming! I can always rely on being seated and served within a 30-minute lunch break. The restaurant is also very clean.
The manager at this restaurant provided poor customer service. Despite wearing a mask when I arrived for dinner, the manager rudely informed me that I needed to leave because I didn't have one.
