Subway - Bristol

This Subway location is noticeably clean and organized, aside from a few tables that needed to be wiped down, but as I sat down, I saw the store manager, Irene, taking care of the issue. Irene did an excellent job of greeting me and helping me start my order. Delzie, the cashier, greeted me with a warm smile and had a fantastic attitude. The customer service here deserves an A+. The food was fresh, and my order was served promptly. I'm really glad I decided to stop by.

This was the slowest Subway I've ever visited. When I walked in, the woman ahead of me had ordered eight sandwiches, and it took them over 30 minutes to prepare her order. I only wanted a 6-inch sub, but still had to wait more than 30 minutes to get it. As if the slow service wasn't enough, the employees were rude, and the girl who made my sandwich toasted it for too long—almost burning it—and the bread tasted stale. I usually enjoy Subway, but this was definitely the worst experience I've ever had at one.

This restaurant is always bustling, although service can be a bit slow at times. One standout employee is a younger girl with facial piercings; she really knows how to handle the rush. When she returned from her lunch break to find a long line, she efficiently managed to get things moving smoothly again.

The food is typical of what you would find at Subway. Unfortunately, the staff often appear disinterested in their work and have been rude on occasion. Overall, it's quite mediocre.

The service was excellent, although they seemed overwhelmed, especially with Colin's orders. I noticed that people walking in had to wait, which is understandable given that there were only two staff members on duty. There were many walk-ins, and customers were lined up outside waiting to be served, but the two ladies at the counter did a fantastic job. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing; the bread was stale and chewy, and it didn't live up to the advertising, especially considering the prices. It's been a while since my last visit to Subway, and I think it will be quite some time before I return.
