When my husband arrived home with the pizza we opened the box and they had cut the pizza. It was now a greasy soggy mess in the box. I placed the pieces on my preheated stone but all that did was make the pizza hot greasy soggy pieces. On the first bite, the sausage had that old freezer taste, minimal pepperoni and onions so thinly sliced you could barely see them. Both my husband and I have been in the food service business for a total of combined 96 years. It just amazed us that any restaurant would serve pizza like that and not even bat an eyelash while charging $15 for 8 pieces of pizza. Will never go there again and would suggest that no one else support that kind of business. Good Luck
The only reason this place is getting even one star is because the food is decent. The customer service is deplorable though! My coworkers and I ordered from here and forgot our coupon so I get that they had to add the discount back in but the guy that took the order didn't tell us that they charge for sides of mayo and mustard and gave me one price. Now that's not a big deal but the worst part is when I called to clarify why we were charged more with the manager she didn't even apologize for her worker's error and had a lot of attitude like I was in the wrong to ask why I was charged more. I will not be going back to this place! EVER!
If it were possible to give negative stars, my review would be a negative 5. We received a new menu for this restaurant in the mail yesterday. It was late and we didn't have time to cook, so we decided to try them out. We had $20 in our account before my direct deposit came at midnight, and a $3 off coupon. We placed an order that came to $22.16 (before coupon, including tax). After the $3 discount, it should have been $19.16. They either tried to charge us $3 more than the menu prices when they knew we had a coupon or they ignored it altogether. After about an hour, they called to say my card was declined. The owner then screamed at me over wasted food and demanded another form of payment. I apologized multiple times, but he continued to yell before hanging up on me. They took $15 from us. We called back for a refund as we received no food, but they refused. They stole from people who only had $20 to their name. Terrible people. I will contact the Better Business Bureau and dispute the charge. I just hope they don't take more money before I can get a new debit card.
I love the food at this restaurant! Every time I have been there, my experience has been wonderful. The staff is friendly, the customer service is great, and the environment is clean. I highly recommend trying their pizzas and dinners.
There was a fly at my door yesterday, so I thought I would try a delivery. I ordered a chicken parmigiana with Ziti Pasta, dinner. It came with garlic bread and a salad. Very nice customer service, from the person on the phone to the driver. I thought the price was good. Everything was so fresh and a large part. I will definitely order from here again.
