Osaka Japanese Steakhouse - Bristol

The overall food experience at Osaka Japanese Steakhouse was excellent!! The staff was so attentive and made sure everything was to my liking! I ordered the Chef's App and the white tuna, salmon and tuna was so fresh and delicious! I ordered the Hibachi scallops and shrimp and it was flavorful and refreshing to the pallette! The Chef at the sushi bar really put love into preparing the various rolls and sushi that was ordered! I enjoyed speaking to him about the various pairings of ingredients for sushi! Truly a GEM in Bristol!!

Went based on the reviews. Ordered Hibachi and Sushi. Hibachi was watery with very little flavor and half of the plate was onions. Sushi was left sitting for 30 min when we mentioned it to another server before it was brough to our table essentially room temp and dry. Cost of meal was $70 for three and we left 3/4 on our plates due to watery consistency, lack of flavor and poor service.

My experience today, I was sat almost immediately. I ordered 1/2 1/2 tea. Server brought it out. First sip I tasted a cleaning solution taste. I asked for a coke and as I was explaining why, she grabbed my drink and walked off. She brings my coke, then food, which was only 4 or 5 pieces of sushi. Never asked how the food was or if the drink tasted better, nothing. I go to check out and just for the sushi alone was $10.00 and change. They used to be the best, now not so much.

Great food, super portions, and very cheap for Japanese steakhouse. Definitely made new regulars tonight! The bento box was perfect and the chicken hibachi was on point. Good job all around! Kid-friendliness: Kids menu was very appealing

Loved everything about it. The Food was served fresh.
