Nd's - Bristol

Ate at Hatch 31 for the first time last night during some live music. There are only three small tables in the place, so we sat at the bar (for four hours). My mom is partially handicapped which made the barstool difficult for her. Food was pretty good with some nice selections. I had a beet salad, and we shared nachos and wings. All better than average. We had called ahead to see if we could get a table and we're told first come first served. When we called I asked if they had ice tea, as I'm not a drinker, and she made a fresh batch for me. It was really good. Service was very friendly and all in all a fun night! I do wish that as people had left tables we could have been seated. One table switched over once, but the table next to them pushed it up with theirs so a whole bunch of (young non-handicapped) people could all sit together. If the food and service hadn't been so good the seating would've only earned them 3 stars from me.....

Visiting stayed in Airbnb in Bristol. Ended up here for a drink and some Amazing Mozzarella sticks....Sooo Good! S/O to The chef Met a few locals. Very friendly and Bartender being a newbie to VT gave great spots to check out

Came here to kill time while waiting for a reservation at another restaurant with my friends for a quick drink. So happy we did! The bartender Jennifer was an absolute sweetheart! She took such great care of us and made some great recommendations for drinks. She also let me try a special drink they had for the week called the bees knees made with gin, lemon and honey. If you 're in the area definitely stop in and check them out!

Great bar in Bristol with friendly staff and amazing food. If you're in the Bristol area on Tuesday, I recommend stopping by for the Taco Tuesday special.

Great food, great music, especially on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Atmosphere is just like family. One of the most friendly places I've been.
