We ordered a variety of items, but were surprised to find unexpected ingredients in some of them. For example, the vegetable fried rice had mystery fish mixed in, and the chicken hibachi contained shrimp. Luckily, no one in our group had any allergies. The food overall lacked flavor, and the hibachi noodles were overly cooked and stuck together. The service was also lacking, with staff seeming inattentive to tables nearby. On the positive side, we were seated quickly and our food arrived promptly. While the hibachi experience may be better, I would suggest trying a different restaurant instead.
The food at this restaurant was beautifully presented and delicious. I ordered Nigiri and sashimi and was not disappointed. The atmosphere of the place was cute and relaxing. Overall, a great experience.
Fuji Japanese Steakhouse is a hidden gem for those looking for a top-notch dining experience. From the minute you walk in, you'll be greeted with friendly and attentive service...
I tried Fuji's food for the first time and it wasn't bad, but it's not my top choice for exceptional sushi. We ordered the miso soup and a few other dishes...
I would have given a higher rating if the staff all wore uniforms instead of Adidas t-shirts or casual clothes. When I visit a Japanese restaurant, I expect a certain level of professionalism and decor. The background music was also odd; they probably shouldn't play modern pop songs with swear words when there are families dining. The space could be improved greatly if they just raised their standards a bit.
