Chick-fil-a - Bristol

The restaurant was quite busy, which is typical for this chain. The service was a bit slow, but the food was hot and well-prepared, though it could have used a little more cooking. The restroom and dining area were somewhat messy, but given that it was dinner time and they were busy, it was understandable. Overall, nothing was unacceptable, and we would definitely return if we're in the area again.

We ordered the chicken noodle soup, and it was quite tasty. We requested a lot of crackers and received five packs for our two large soups, but we still had to ask for more. The young man who helped us seemed a bit put out when I requested a handful of additional crackers. The drive-thru was backed up, but the ordering process was smooth.

This place was incredibly busy, which some might find frustrating, but a full restaurant is often a sign of quality. I stopped by during my 16-hour drive and was pleasantly surprised by the super friendly service—just what you'd expect. They managed to keep the food moving quickly, even in the rush. Thank you for the excellent service during such a hectic time! I look forward to coming back!

This might not be a common opinion, but Chick-fil-A isn't my top choice for fast food. However, I consistently receive outstanding service every single time I go there! I can't even begin to express how enjoyable my experiences are at any of their locations. After dealing with the service at places like Cookout, McDonald's, and Sonic, it’s such a welcome surprise to open my bag and find everything I ordered, neatly organized and with napkins included! I choose Chick-fil-A for the excellent service they offer, and I will pick Chick-fil-A without hesitation every time!

While traveling, we stopped for breakfast. The food was delicious, but what really stood out was the gentleman at the counter, Isaac. He was polite and made for great conversation, which I found quite refreshing.
