Big Guy’s Italiano Family - Bristol

Just as impressive as the Kingsport location! We absolutely love Italianos! We ordered garlic knots with cheese, a small cheese pizza, and a small deluxe cheesesteak calzone. The calzone is massive—definitely enough for two or more meals, and it's incredibly tasty. Our kids enjoyed the pizza and knots as well!

I ordered a small chef salad and a lamb gyro. The salad was mostly made up of iceberg lettuce and had a lot of lunch meat ham, a bit of turkey, cheese, olives, green peppers, and onions. The gyro meat was tough and dry. I asked for no tomatoes, and while I didn’t get any lettuce, there were plenty of onions. Overall, the sandwich was disappointing. We also purchased four bottles of water from Dollar General. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The food took around an hour and a half to arrive, and when it finally got here, it was ice cold. Despite the numerous delivery problems, there was no offer of a discount for the cold meal. The pizza was overly greasy and soggy, while the wings were mostly breading with very little meat. The cheesy bread was just a cheese pizza cut into smaller pieces. Do yourself and your wallet a favor and steer clear of this place. It's one of the worst restaurants I've ever ordered from. I really can’t understand how they’re still in business; it feels like there’s something else going on here.

Amazing food! We ordered pizza, cheese sticks, and a salad. The portions were generous, and everything tasted fantastic. We will definitely return!

The Italian food here is good and reasonably priced. The dining space is quite small, making it more suitable for takeout than for dining in. They offer bottled drinks and have a small outdoor seating area. If we decide to order again, it will likely be for delivery.
