Przekaż informację zwrotnąThe renovated asthon is beautiful enough, but their chairs are so stained that it really leaves a bad impression and makes the whole place quite dirty. not an isolated chair all I've seen! eating is fair, but the roasting was not good with hard bark meat and a laughable broth sauce that had never seen brothcrumbs, nor one of the traditional aromen, but rather thrown with milk with a random green crumble. the last time I roasted here, I had to ask for fresh yorkshires, because the ones we all gave were hard-rocked. our desserts lasted over 30 minutes to get out to what time the accompanying coffees were all done and we were mentally ready to go. on a positive note, the Servier staff are beautiful and very happy to help.
We recently had a bad experience and decided to give it another attempt. mistake, the personal that there was was great, but again briefly/below busy. the Sunday roast, eating was hot on places and cold on others put on the same plate. asked for minze sauce, which came 10 minutes later. the employees who argue between themselves and customers could hear.
We had a lovely Sunday lunch on 1 October with friends. Parking was easy and we received a friendly welcome. The restaurant was busy but service was relatively quick and our male waiter was a gem smiled throughout so was obviously happy in his job. The atmosphere was great, everywhere was buzzing. The ladies' toilets were immaculate! Everything considered, it's a great place to visit whether just calling in for a drink or having a nice meal.
Reservation booked via OpenTable and on arrival they said there was no reservation even though I had confirmation on my phone. A table for 4 was found and we sat down at 1945 hrs there were several items on the menu that had been sold out, as they had had a busy day. 2 x starters were ordered and they arrived at 2045 hrs. One of the main courses sold out whilst we were waiting and eventually main courses arrived at 2155 hrs. The waitresses were very apologetic for the delays and the manager removed the cost of food from the bill. The staffing levels were a problem on this particular evening bar and waiting staff and obviously the kitchen couldn't cope with the volume of orders and had not made provision for the demand for specific food either.
Nice food but service a little slow more staff needed (Thursday at 18:30)
