I like the system that works well on a busy Sunday, not waiting to pay so that the tables move quickly.
This bakery is definitiw a tasty, but so it is worth it. every time I go to bristol, this is on my list for lunch, the focaccia sandwich is simply unreal. this time I had a baba ganoush, artichoke and tomatensandwich and it sent me into the garlic sky I also had a lemon and blueberry cake, after which was also delicious and so a thick disc! very humid and only full taste
The limited vegan options at Pinkman’s are indisputably delicious. I had the avocado on toast and it was so delicious; with a sweet chili sauce it was amazing. the brot was so fresh and the avocado smash was so unusual, but delicious. I also had the vegan chocolate dripping cake, which was a decent vegan cake option. so much I have the items I have tried here, they have very limited vegan options. they have in the rule only 2 cake options and the avocado next to another dish is the only vegan option also. your menu, as I know, never changes; so I do not visit this place often because it can get boring. I would still recommend if they were looking for a decent brunch in bristol. also the vibes of the bakery are great.
I first tried this bakery on my offer day for the university bristol with my mother. every time she visits, she'll be very early so we can have breakfast together. her focaccia is amazing about how is her chocolate and peanut cake slice (both vegan and tasty! . my mother gets vegetarian options and goes for the cheese toastie and the sourdough doughnut she says have died and gone into the sky. the first time I went, I was not vegan, so can be heavenly for the donuts! updated by the previous review on 2021-09-08
We ordered the vegan squash pizza, ciabatta falafel sandwich and the 2 vegan desserts: a doughnut and a chocolate slice. All the food was amazing but especially the pizza, the flavours of all the ingredients were amazing. I would definitely return.
