Espirito Coffee Lounge - Bristol

I visited Costa in Cribbs Shopping Mall, Bristol and enjoyed a delicious Costa coffee.

The restaurant was bustling but well-maintained, possibly due to the sunny weather outside. Despite a long line of customers, the service was efficient. The flat white coffees and chocolate brownies were delicious. It seems that the same dedicated blonde female team member is always working hard whenever I visit. I will definitely be returning soon.

The prices were fair and the espresso was delicious. I initially ordered for takeout, but there was a bit of confusion as my friend and I ended up getting our drinks to enjoy in the restaurant instead. We understood that it was busy, causing the mix-up. The restaurant had a cozy atmosphere and a great location.

I ordered through the click and collect option via the app, walked straight into the restaurant and my order was ready at the collection point. A member of staff made sure I got my order, he was very polite, friendly and helpful. When ordering on the app it was easy to use and simple to understand. The only feedback I would give about the app is that it should have a comment section where customers can tell the member of staff any allergies that they may have. Overall, great experience will definitely recommended it whether eating in or takeaway.
