We started with a delicious taglieri of cured meats, cheeses, jams, and vegetables, which was full of flavor and very generous. We then tried the pappardelle with homemade sausage and porcini mushrooms, which was amazing. The pasta was fresh and homemade, and the dish was top quality. We also enjoyed pizzas with high-quality ingredients. For dessert, we had Sicilian cannoli, tiramisu, and lemon delizia, along with some Italian liqueurs. The service was professional and friendly, and overall it was a fantastic dining experience. Definitely the best Italian restaurant in Bristol.
Eating was very tasty, a nice pizza with a blue mais gluten-free floor. made with good quality and generous ingredients. the atmosphere on Sunday evening was relaxed and allowed us to eat peacefully. we also got a small free taste of some croquettes with a beautiful pepper/canned sauce! for dessert (nutella tiramisu) not 5 stars, because the presentation was not too pleased, but it tasted good. our waitress kelly was very knowledgeable and friendly and with a positive happy introduction. there was another waiter and he was also very helpful, attentive and friendly. both reflected the Italian ability to be welcoming and good host. Overall I am happy to come back, definitely the best pizza in the city center /harbourside.
Finally in bristol I ate the real italian pizza. very nice place, clean and super friendly and helpful staff. all perfect. recommended
This restaurant is fantastic and highly recommended. They offer a variety of gluten-free options for people with coeliac disease, including different pizza bases made in-house. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It's definitely my favorite restaurant to visit in Bristol. You should definitely give it a try!
Without a doubt, the best pizza I have ever tasted. I consider myself a pizza enthusiast and have tried quite a few, but the pizza at Doughs has easily become my top choice. What sets this place apart even further is the extremely reasonable prices. I ordered the meaty feast while my friend opted for the pepperoni, and we also shared a garlic bread with mozzarella. All of the dishes were exceptional, and we only had one piece left at the end (the garlic bread is large and could easily be shared between 3 to 4 people, rather than just 2). If you are considering dining here or having trouble deciding on a restaurant, look no further - Doughs is the place to go.
