The Walrus Club - Brisbane

Nice setting but really overpriced steaks for what we got. Over $40 for the steak that we, really, could've cooked better at home and there were 9 chips on the plate! My Dry aged steak was overcooked and really bland so was disappointed. Pork starter had no crackling (even though it was on the menu) and the actual pork and scallops were dry. We don't mind spending $180 for two for a nice meal and a drink each but we expect it to be a lot better than what we got that night. Will give it another chance but will stay away from the steak dishes!

Ate here recently and really enjoyed the NAPCO steak. The boatshed has a good vibe to it at night for dinner and the service was pretty friendly and attentive.

Very disappointed tonight. Have been here a lot of times and loved it. Very big let down today. Service absolutely below par, and the steaks which I normally can't fault were below average and very fatty. Chips also overlooked and soggy. The only reason I'm giving higher than one star is the fact that I've enjoyed a meal here previously

Lovely atmosphere and beautiful food, sadly though the service here lets me down. Unapologetically disorganised and unpleasant staff dampen the overall experience. Our table was booked well in advance but somehow our party was expected to wait at the bar for almost two hours. The food and atmosphere almost made the wait worthwhile, but not quite.

Went to the regatta for a dinner on Thursday night. I ordered the chicken wings, they delivered it to the wrong table. I asked about my wings, and they took the partially eaten wings off the customer they first gave it to, and gave it to me, minus the eaten food. WTH. I was so shocked that just happened I didn't even complain.
