Do you know when you want to try something other than mcdonalds or servo food? Yesterday I was. the house made chips sign sought my attention, and after an evaluation, best burger this side of the black blunt here on google, I was convinced that this was my last night. I ordered a chicken burger with speck n cheese, and a homemade chips. the chips that were small enough to be cooked crispy were delicious, but many were too cloby, which led to undercooked feed. the burger chicken was far overcooked, and not the crumbbed and the deep fried meat I was hoping for. I would like to support family businesses, the service here was friendly and fast, but unfortunately did not eat for me. in contrast to multinationals, I don't like to complain to them at the moment, because it's so busy and I understand that I have driven a cafe myself. I'd give them another one, but next time I'd order something else.
The homemade chips are good. I had them a few times. Cooking the chips as the customer asks is always a good idea. I've been trying many more for years, always looking for people who know how to cook. there were four that fit into this category and three of these companies have since been closed or sold to be taken over by people who have little or no idea about cooking decent deep roasted food. it's about the seafood (which I can't have) and the chips are like thinking. these ripples and others have tried to deliver a burned offer than food, or have simple questions about how to cook chips a bit longer for more crunch or ignore additional salt on the therme. Perhaps those owners did not realize that it is not about how they would like to prepare for it because they are not the ones who eat it. Anyway, this special time I was the only customer in the load, so I asked this time that the chips are cooked a little longer. now, they were presented after just a few minutes, packed in paper, no ventilation of any kind. I opened it in less than a minute, but if hot, non-broken * chips are wound on this wise in paper, it immediately crushes it and within few seconds, there is nothing crispy or even removed crunched there, except the few small bits that will survive the oil from the basket. they were not cooked as I asked because they were not long enough in the oil. the burgers sound lovely and are undoubtedly fantastically delicious, but they are too expensive for my little one. in any case, everything I'm interested is, and all this review is about the chips. Maybe they just didn't hear me asking, even though the command had no problems. my voice is very loud in my head when I talk, which sometimes leads me to speak gently, and I don't notice until someone tells me that they can't hear what I say. more likely there was a misunderstanding or false communication on my part, which still leads me; this second part, which applies to any Takeaway food outlet owner who can also read this. I eat chips of all kinds of homemade, to fry, with different batters to crush, to steakhouse cut, to wedge (the most seem to be here) and other deep fried kartoffel products and I have done this for over 40 years. it seems that there are still precious few takeaways that can cook decent chips. the majority now uses broken frozen chips, which are scorched in oil much too hot and then presented a few minutes later. it's all hurry, hurry, hurry. it takes time to properly prepare chips. I know homemade chips are usually cooked before the last frittier. they have to be, or everyone would have to wait for an hour to eat. I am grateful that there is a takeaway that still makes this traditional way. there is almost no more. everything I need from all fish and chip type withdrawal food shops everywhere is when I hear my question what I ask. it's okay to let the chips in the oil a few minutes. it's okay to put more salt on them. it won't hurt them. Finally, they prepare me to eat, not theirs, and remember who are paid for all chips become so sluggish when they are wounded. it is the homemade style that goes the fastest. they should never be covered with anything except their favourite salt, sauces and other seasonings. there are frozen chips that try to crack with a scatter coating. they do not even come close to strengthening kartoffels, cut and properly cooked by people who still take the time to do it.
