The ambience was pleasant and the service was attentive. After looking over the menu, we decided to try a tapas-style dining experience by ordering a variety of dishes to share. We enjoyed the "Four Pillar" gin cured ocean trout, chargrilled Moreton bay bug, charcuterie board, golden snapper, Borrowdale pork chop, and ink linguine. The dishes arrived gradually and we found that each one was well-balanced in flavor. It was difficult to choose a favorite as they were all consistently good. The freshness of the seafood and high quality of the proteins showcased the chef's dedication to creating a menu that offers something unique and interesting. Overall, we highly recommend this restaurant for a memorable dining experience.
I have dined at this restaurant multiple times and have always been impressed by the great value offered in their dishes. Each time, I tried their Ocean Tasting menu and was consistently impressed by the quality. The staff are knowledgeable and passionate about their offerings, making for a wonderful dining experience. The selection of wines, champagnes, and spirits is also top-notch. I highly recommend this restaurant!
I visited the restaurant last night for dinner. The ambiance was beautiful and the food was excellent. Everything was delicious and the service was very attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant.
After a long day of working hard, we went to a relaxing spot in the new Novotel Hotel in South bank to escape the hustle and bustle . What we had: . Starting off with a glass of sparkling . I absolutely love mushrooms for entrees. Something totally flavourful and light.
Open a few weeks next to the Novotel lobby, this spacious restaurant has views of Musgrave Park. Various beef, seafood vegetarian dishes and side orders. Very good service high quality presentation was apparent. Dishes tried incl delicious tender squid with<br/ house made harissa, roast pumpkin spiced yoghurt and beetroot/goat cheese salad. Spice was evident but not overwhelming. A good wine list coffee of high standard recommend. Desert was hard to resist with creme brulee, chocolate tart other delights. Great venue for lunch/dinner or buffet breakfast whether a guest or visitor.<br/
