Noodle Time - Brisbane

One of the best Taro / Ramen downtownAbsolutely delicious.

A colleague and I tried out Noodle Time via UberEATS for lunch today. She went with the Satay Sauce Chicken on Rice ($8.80) and I went with the Deep Fried Garlic Chicken on Rice ($8.80).  Both dishes featured deep fried chicken, rice, bok choy and sauce (Satay Peanut Sauce and Teriyaki Sauce respectively).  We were both a little surprised to find deep fried chicken thighs, not chicken breasts, but to be fair they never said Chicken Breasts - we inferred this from the UberEATS photographs. The Satay Sauce was quite nice, but the chicken thigh was a bit too fatty.  Nice overall flavour and good value for $8.80 - this dish rated 3-3.5.   The Deep Fried Garlic Chicken was a little chewy and I was halfway through the chicken before I got the first taste of garlic.  The rice was a bit bland at first, but once I stirred up the Teriyaki sauce from the bottom of the bowl the dish was quite nice overall.  Again, at $8.80 this was a good value - this dish rated 3-3.5. It isn't often that I can feel full for under $10, but my meal from Noodle Time achieved this.
