With the bbq and salmon lovers buffet, I ordered various dishes, including the salmon carpaccio, salmon-sashimi, corn butter, mushroom and pork belly. the salmon was fresh and tasty; my personal favorite was the salmon carpaccio. the maisbutter and the mushroom were great as they were the palate after eating different meats. it should be noted that only 3-4 persons can occupy a grill, making the eating experience more personal. we may come back here in the future.
Great value and good food! $39 pp for the regular buffet, which are quite all directed by wagyu bbq meat like Takoyaki balls and chicken carage to cold dressed like seetang salat and sashimi. This place is pretty busy so that they book a table on their website
Popular for its barbeque buffet, which is $49.90 per pax at the time of writing. There is a decent variety of dishes included in the buffet, and I would recommend the ox tongue and wagyu beef. There are also salmon sashimi, salads, an other cold...and hot dishes available to choose from the barbeque buffet list. The gyoza is disappointing though. Drinks (excluding water) and desserts are not included in the buffet price. Staffs speak Japanese and English, and are very friendly and helpful.
Dinner party for 4. We had a late sitting. 8pm. Restaurant was busy with family groups when we arrived, but they left quickly. We had a booth, which was great. Three of us ordered the banquet and the vegetarian ordered a la carte. Food was...great. Came as we ordered it. Grazed for 100 minutes. Well worth the money. We will go back.
Top little Japanese restaurant near Chinatown in Brisbane. They offer ala carte and buffet. I chose the former. The sashimi was fresh and tasty. The hot food was well prepared and delivered promptly The highlight was the rice in stone bowl dish! Ordered mild. It...was zingy to say the least. They have in table BBQs so you can order and cook some meat and vegetables yourself. Not my idea of fun but I'm sure it appeals to some. With a couple drinks at $85 for two its reasonably priced.
