Mon's Thai Rarnaharn - Brisbane

We arrived for lunch and despite receiving a confirmation email for our booking, the restaurant was closed. This was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Very disappointing indeed.

I strongly advise against ordering delivery from Mon Thai. We have tried ordering delivery from Mon Thai twice in the past few weeks and our food was never delivered either time!!! Not only that, but they also take days to issue a refund. Avoid at all costs!

The restaurant offers great value and serves authentic dishes. However, please note that they do not have a liquor license and there is no wine shop nearby.

Whilst the younger staff were friendly and accommodating, the owner looked like her favorite dog had died. I believe the Jack Daniels I ordered was watered down and tasted nothing like Jack Daniel. My crispy pork belly was crispy, but overcooked and far too salty. Hygiene was also lacking. I witnessed a waitress sneeze into her hand twice, wipe it on her uniform, then continue to deliver food to tables.

We feel like we won the lotto ! Just turned the corner and a Thai place was Infront of us absolutely scrumptious! Food was 10/10 will definitely back for this flavour again !
