Hanaichi - Brisbane

This fast food restaurant is located on the lower level food court at Westfield Garden City near 8street.I had a lunch meal of Yakiniku Beef with rice.This is a Japanese style seasoned shredded beef with “Yakiniku sauce” and mixed salad and served on top of rice.I didn't find this dish so special and in fact thought it was quite average. I would suggest perhaps ordering one of their other options. Price was reasonable with a medium serve costing $9:50 and quite filling.

I thoroughly enjoy visiting Hanaichi. I mostly visit either the one at Indooroopilly or Garden City, it is amazing food! From the chicken curry, to the udon noodles and teriyaki! Ay geez! It is delicious goodness! You must try it yourself!

Good value Japanese fast food. They only have a limited menu. All food is made quickly. I enjoy the Chicken Curry but the Teryaki is also quite good, Ramon and Udon noodle dishes are also available. Meals come in various sizes and are well priced and good value

Hanaichi has made its name in Brisbane as another semi-decent japanese food chain commonly seen next to maccas and a token kebab store. BUT Hanaichi Fine Food in level 2 of the Winter Garden is sure a pleasant surprise! You can sit and eat from a sushi train or order a meal from the menu. While you gaze on the shiny fresh slices of salmon and tuna the chefs can cook you up awesome meals of braised pork or yakitori. They are also licensed and have a good range of japanese sake, umeshu and beer.

A whole new mall food court fast food experience. I have eaten at this Hanaichi several times recently, trying the various Japanese-type dishes. Everything has been of better quality and more tasty than most would expect in a food court. The portions are filling, and the service is fast and friendly. And, the value is pretty good.
