They were able to cater for food allergies and everything was delicious and perfectly presented. Definitely recommend this place for special occasions.
This is probably the best service I've ever experienced in all my dining life and never have I felt more pampered as a customer. We received a complimentary appetiser a delicious carrot soup which was a lovely way to tickle the tastebuds and begin a delicious meal. We also enjoyed some complimentary artisan chocolates which were served with the dessert we ordered. Best of all were the complimentary macarons we were given in a little box as we were leaving as a take home treat. Mr Moran sure knows how to excite and delight the customers! My dining companion argued that all these freebies were irrelevant given the pricing but I found the entire experience absolutely beautiful. The view was fantastic, the food was sensational, the plating was stunning and everything was of such as high standard you don't begrudge the price point. It's certainly not an every day dining destination but perfect for a special occasion. Extremely impressive
Aria brisbane, located on eagle street pier, offers the quintessential Brisbane dining experience, with a stunning view from the restaurant of the brisbane river. the aria, which is owned by the chef dull moran and the restaurateur peter sullivan, has a balanced seasonal menu with local and Australian products and an award-winning wine list served in an elegant dining room with stunning views. if it is fine eating that they are looking for in a split-level expansion of underestimated elegance, which offers cowardly city views, this sibling to matt morans southern star ticking the boxes. add a stellar cellar selection, with a thoughtful nod to queensland wineries, plus completed service and they have met the right notaries, especially for business and lovers of opportunity. there are obvious skill that draw attention to detail and quality produce on the show from the opening chord to the final flour. succulent boar bell has perfect golden cracks, while plump duck noodle, abalone and mushrooms swim in a peking ente consomme. kingfish baked in cedern bark has set its packaging a light on the way to the table, adding a welcome smokiness.
Have aria for a dae but quick made a week at night reservation for my partner and I, if we learned that the last service for this iconic matt moran restaurant would be the juni br/> we chose the annual tasting menu', which celebrates in the last ten years by aria iconic dishes. there was a free amuse bouche from sesamkäse and brot from teneriffe’s theny’s bakery each dish was perfectly textured, clean aromen, well prepared/cooked. a short passage of the article contain goat curd zigarre, kingfish tart, roasted ingot sprouts, scampi, confit pork bell, duck and peas bee, sirloin, roasted rice sorbet, banoffeeee, chocolate and honeycomb. the ten courses were a good choice and for us it was very full.After dinner we were also given free madeleines to take home.Smart ambience with a view of the story bridge and river. prices at the high end (our ten-speed tasting cost without drinks). the service was a little slow and a little sterile to begin, which was unhappy, as it would otherwise have received five stars from me.
I took my partner for his birthday and we had the 7 course tasting menu! Blown away. Amazing experience and wonderful staff. Worth every cent! Thank you!!
