I went recently for a date night and showed up when it was extremely busy. We didn't have a reservation and I jokingly asked if there was room for two on the patio (which was packed). The man I spoke to said "not a problem!" He found a table for two (somehow) for us and we enjoyed a drink and enjoyed the view. Our server was very friendly, and given how busy she was I didn't mind a little longer wait for service. At one point (unbeknownst to me) my jacket slipped off of my chair and the man who sat us (George maybe?) came over and picked it up and draped it over my chair.We filled up on appetizers: cheesy bacon garlic bread and seafood-stuffed mushroom caps. Both were delicious. For our entrees, my date got the seafood pasta salad and I opted for the "squeaky cheese" mixed greens salad. The seafood pasta salad was just ok/average, but mine was tasty and filling. I will be returning for the view and the staff... good food is just a bonus.

We have been to this location a few times in the past. We've always had great service, delicious food and cannot complain about the view looking out over Lake Huron.In the summer they have the patio with umbrellas and the view of the lake is beautiful and relaxing. They also have large picture windows so you can still enjoy a great view from inside all year.Our visiting Spanish student had a burger and fries.... looked delicious, she really enjoyed it. I had the halloumi salad ..... loved it (but it could have been grilled a tad more). My husband ordered 10 chicken wings. They are HUGE, meaty and delicious (I tried one). He couldn't eat them all and took them home and enjoyed the rest watching a Jays game lol.Our server was very pleasant, attentive, knowledgeable and eager to make sure our visit was a good time.We have never had an issue with parking on our visits. Prices are reasonable. We sometimes drive from London just to have a meal there and enjoy the view. We always take people who visit us from England and Spain, so far all have been thrilled. In fact my cousin in England is still talking about the chicken wings 2 years after and cant wait to go back!!!

Thanks bar rail isn't busy and I'm lucky to have Lisa take the order ...lmao as she sets pint before me I try to interject my wing order ..being it's Wing Night .Oh hold on ...Yup she never appeared for my order but spent time talking with others . I ended up having to wait I'm a take out order at a non special rate. Take home wings are chewy and not special!

Skeeter Barlow's has an amazing location right on Lake Huron, which provides stunning Canadian sunsets for patio diners. When we showed up for a supper of standard pub fare, we had pretty basic expectations: timely service, and appropriately cooked food. The service was OK, at first. The food? Not so much. Everything's was dry and over cooked. I didn't know it was possible to ruin potato skins. The medium burger was super well done, and the nachos looked like flakes of cardboard. We were hungry, so we didn't make a fuss. Until we could not get our check. We asked another server to find ours, and she glared at everyone at the table. Seriously? This restaurant has a sweetheart location and pretty much corners the market, but that I'd no reason to be rude, or to let such ill cooked foods out of the kitchen. Nope! Not going back.
