Brighton's Best Bakehouse

After visiting Mount Wellington, I was on my way to visit the Bonorong Wildlife Park as part of a bus day tour.

This award winning pie is a real delight. 18 hour slow roasted pulled lamb, lamb mince, roast vegetables and red wine.I topped this off with a reasonable cappuccino and very nice vanilla slice.Probably one of the best pies I have had in Tassie on this trip so far.

Cheese and cauliflower pie was yum and the coffee tasted good too. Nice selection and friendly staff

A great local businesses serving very nice food & coffee at a very reasonable prices. Will definitely be back again next time we are in Tasmania

The food is always great here but the customer service is terrible. There is only ever a couple of girls who are polite & doing their jobs each time I have been in there (and that's if they're even working). I have been ignored numerous times as the workers are too busy speaking amongst themselves. I feel very reluctant to come in and purchase food from here as every request feels like a hassle. If customer service was addressed I feel this place could be a wonderful bakery with the great food.
