Nick Franco's - Brighton and Hove

I recently visited a lovely Italian deli/cafe and had a delicious pizza made with high-quality Italian ingredients. The prices were reasonable, making it a hidden gem worth discovering.

When my pasta dish of spinach and ricotta finally arrived, I was further let down. The pasta appeared to be soft and bland, with spinach that seemed to have come from the freezer. The dish lacked flavor and did not contain any fresh ingredients. In my opinion, I would not recommend this Italian restaurant. While the prices may be low, the quality of the food leaves much to be desired.
