Model Fish Fryer - Brighton and Hove

Perfectly crispy cod and delicious rustic chips. And they have onion vinegar! Great service too... And it's definitely not shut on a Saturday despite what it says on Google.

Nice fish and chips and great service! The man who works their is very nice. Also the portions are definitely worth the money. Recommend it!

I recently came across a negative review about the owner of this restaurant, so I wanted to share my own experience. The owner is incredibly friendly and always remembers the orders for the care home where I work, as well as the names of the residents. The food at this restaurant is the best I have had in Brighton. The owner is always warm and welcoming.
