Leman Tea Room - Brighton and Hove

I discovered this place while searching on Google for an afternoon in Brighton, and I was not disappointed! The tea was excellent, the food was delicious, and the decor was beautiful. The service was also great - the owner even went out of their way to create a sandwich for me as I am a vegetarian and couldn't have many options from the original menu. This quaint little tea shop is tucked away among residential buildings, but it's definitely worth the short walk (and it's not too far from other tourist areas). I highly recommend visiting this place.

I visited this quaint little tea room with beautiful decor and a lovely team running it. You can tell they put their heart and soul into their work. I tried the pot of tea with a homemade vegan biscoff cake, which was delicious. For lunch, I had a feta and tomato toastie with a side of salad and a soft drink, all served with great attention to detail. I will definitely be going back, as I loved the overall experience. Also, I must mention that the bathroom is also worth a visit! Thank you for a wonderful time.

This tea room is absolutely fantastic with the best host and environment to enjoy it. My partner and I have visited here numerous times and highly recommend it to anyone reading this.

We wanted to experience a real British Afternoon Tea and that is exactly what we got we booked the night before and as we were flexible with the time, we were able to reserve for the next day (Saturday). We were greeted by this lovely couple who dished out a wonderful sandwich selection, great scones and delicious cakes. The food, though absolutely amazing, paled in comparison with the warm-hearted owners who went out of their way to make sure we had everything we wanted and told us stories about their lives. We would come back any time!

Incredibly lovely owners who made us feel very welcome, gave us great service in their wonderful little tea room! Highly recommend and they were especially wonderful with our 5 year old. Big delicious slices of cake that were especially indulgent!! Highly recommend!
