Every bite was bursting with flavor. Where else can you find Harissa eggs Benedict? The bernaise sauce was outstanding and the eggs were cooked perfectly. I can't even begin to describe how amazing this breakfast was! My friend had the omelette with Morton Bay bugs and they were blown away. I am excited to try everything on the menu. This place is Adelaide's best-kept breakfast secret, no doubt about it.
One of the friends regretted ordering the steamed dim sims, but found the Pork Kway Teow to be perfection - not too large, not too spicy, with a delicious pork noodle dish with just the right amount of vegetables. The other friends enjoyed their meals of drunken noodles and Thai green curry as well. Overall, they found the food to be good value for the money, the service wonderful, and the experience worth returning for.
5 of us dined here for lunch we were all happy with our selections. The fish with green apple main was light fresh with just enough of the Thai salad dressing. The garlic pork had lots of garlic flavour. The Thai fish cakes were also very light full of flavour. The sticky rice with jackfruit was absolutely delicious. We booked, but probably didn't need to. There's a nice little outdoor area with heaters, which were great for the cold Sunday we were there. The toilets were very clean, but we felt the cafe itself needed a bit of a clean up, eg floor looked dirty was sticky in a couple of places. Will go back again for the authentic Thai food. PLEASE NOTE this place is at 63 Jetty Rd, Brighton, South Australia NOT England.
I had lunch with a friend at this restaurant on a sunny Friday. She ordered a stir fry noodle dish and I had a laksa. The service was decent and the food was average. It wasn't anything exceptional, but there was nothing to complain about either. The atmosphere of the cafe could be described as 'beige'.
