Caffe Nero - Brighton and Hove

4£ for a caramel frappe without cream and without taste of caramel. I am really disappointed

Can't knock the service, that was good, but the rest room was a big one, especially when we had a child with us. it was dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in hours! if they were a family with young children, don't come here! I would be more concerned about the toilet situation!

Today visited to find 1 young girl who works alone the caffeine. they tried to put them all harder. run around trying to leave tables by customers and make a paninis, make drinks etc. the toilets suffered because they can not clean them and the only one on the table. bad management planning when they ask me. all safety restrictions are violated! 10/10 for the young girl though

My older mother and I visited the caffe nero and wanted to use our priority vouchers for coffee. I waited in the wait and server called ricardo served me. I showed him that I used two goods and went to order. he sat the coffees and...then we were fighting that we must tell them in adwnce to use the vouchers. u rold him id showed him tp ehicj he replied that his back was turned to make my coffee I warn prepared to argue, buy dhowed hom my phone to get letter marks and he tpok big plea to tell me sgain that I need to clean my phone before and not in the position to now. terrible young with chip on his shoulder. some customer service training needs here caffe nero

Is Nero reducing the amount of plactic they use in selling their product? Looking around I'd say they the staff don't even know there is a problem. They just want to get paid.
