I brought it back in and asked her to put more very respectfully she proceeds to throw a tantrum over it and act like I was bugging her. The way she made it was clearly disrespectful!! If you don’t like your job nobody’s forcing you to work there! They start laughing and running their mouths soon as I start walking out because I wouldn’t give them a fight…such typical degenerates just always looking for drama and fights.. go seek therapy
This store is terrible. The service here is awful. The older Mexican lady I think she’s the manager is always rude and hateful. They are always out of everything, bread is always gross, and the prices are way too expensive. I’ve been coming here for awhile and before it was really good but over time it has gone to trash so tired of always be treated terribly especially when they never have anything. I’m not one to do reviews but this store is just awful and dirty and rude, take your business elsewhere cause this place is terrible, the other young ladies are nice but every time I go in the morning the two older Mexican ladies one of them seems to not understand English always messes things up and the manager is always so hateful
This subway is just garbage I don't know who owns it however you really need to speak with your employees and teach them some respect for customers these Lil ladies in there are rude and your prices suck just ain't worth it anymore. Last time I come here.
Horrible service felt rushed over sauced sandwich didn't wash her hands after using cash register missing toppings that she heard but ignored WOULDN'T
First, I asked the black kid for Italian Herbs bread, so of course he grabbed the flatbread instead. Then I gave him a coupon for a free footlong with the purchase of a footlong and drink (coupon code: BOGODRINK). The coupon wouldn't scan, so the kid said the coupon was expired. I had to read it to him until he figured out that it didn't expire for another month (see attached image). Then he said that if the coupon won't scan, he can't give me the discount. I asked him to please honor the coupon and manually give me one of the footlongs for free. But that was like talking to a can of paint. He either didn't understand or his brain fell asleep, but he refused either way. The concept of customer service waved bye-bye to this kid a long time ago. When you hire illiterate dimwits, you will lose my business.
