Ritters Frozen Custard Brighton

The ice cream was excellent during our previous visits, and the customer service was outstanding this time, even with one employee being absent due to the off-season. However, my whole family felt that it wasn't as flavorful as it had been before, so I'm reducing my rating by one star.

I absolutely love this place and have been visiting since I was a child! Now, I bring my dogs along with me. They offer pup cups, and the ice cream is the best around—it's frozen custard. They also have ice cream cakes, with some always available, and you can request special orders too. I usually go for the strawberry delight! Everything here is fantastic, and I guarantee you won't be disappointed!

Today, I sampled the chocolate, strawberry, vanilla, and peanut butter brownie flavors, and I honestly couldn't choose a favorite; they were all incredibly delicious. But it's not just about the custard—there are also sundaes, Italian ice, shakes, malts, and creative treats called glaciers, which are basically chocolate or vanilla custard blended with a topping. They are amazing! A small group of us came in near closing time, and while the staff seemed a bit rushed, it was our fault for arriving late. The place has a fun vibe, and I know we’ll be back again in the future! 09/24
