Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Hi, I absolutely love the food here. I’ve had a couple good servers in the past but the last couple of times i’ve lacked service. There’s times where you won’t see your server for 20 minutes. I, personally, work as a server and can say that’s horrible. In my most recent experience with Amanda she didn’t care to look at us, forgot about her other table, and ran my friend’s card for a more expensive order. When we confronted her politely she walked away with no words said and we left given I was on a time crunch. All the food was paid for with a tip but that’s money my friend will never see again. If you’re getting food here, save yourself time and order carry-out.

This is a good Red Robin. We took our grandson there on the way taking him home. The food was good. Our waiter was very attentive which is a real plus. The bathroom was sufficiently clean but no hot water?? Red Robin has gluten-free buns which I must have. Another plus.

Staff were very fun and courteous, food was great, and I had a great time. Happy Birthday Adam!!

Egg on burger could have been just a bit more cooked. It was egg white runny. Other than that, perfection!

Have always loved the food and menu selection at Red Robin but this location had the most amazing service! Though it was busy when we entered the hostess was shepherding us to the table before the last member of our party passed the threshold at the entrance. Brienna greeted us at our table immediately with a warm smile and made helpful menu suggestions. She kept our glasses full and the food coming and she was fun and friendly. The manager (John) introduced himself to us (as well as visiting nearby tables) and checked on us twice we couldn't possibly been better attended! The food was very good (like always at Red Robin) and we had a great time! Looking forward to going back to this location soon!
