Lauer-krauts - Brighton

Amazing little gem hidden in Brighton! A friend recommended them, and glad I tried it. My friends enjoyed their soups, I enjoyed the krout burger and my bread pudding. Amazing value for less than 15 bucks. Will definitely be making this a regular stop

Honestly, the service and small-town atmosphere was better than their food (and their food was fantastic, so it was a win-win). The staff was incredibly nice to me and my family and everyone seemed to know each other there. We ate their soups, desserts, and kraut sandwiches and it was above expectations. We will be going again.

Absolutely love unique local places. Guy Fieri made it famous, but the owners are so friendly and the food is so hearty and tasty. Have the chili in a rainy day that arrived at the place. You accept credit cards.

Sensational Brats and Kraut Burgers. The busts remind me of being grown up in Wisconsin. Quality meat and flavors really bring this bust to life. We stopped a bee adventure right next door and started it when they were closing! Thank God for meeting all the right places. Super unique flavors, very fresh especially the Gazpacho! And super friendly staff. My wife got the burger without the bungalow to avoid gluten. Very recommended would like to try more from your menu soon!
