The bark was tender, the gammon also cooked nicely, they do not feel strong, fast to move when they have eaten and it is convenient, the main down there is not so much variety in sweet compared to some other caries, nor a choice only not varied.

When we arrived there were no staff to be seen. After a wait of 2 minutes a young lady appeared behind the bar. She told us to sit anywhere and to order when we had looked at the menu After deciding I went to order. 4 starters and 4 mains, and drinks. After waiting what seemed like an age our food appeared with the young lady telling us that the chips for our main were ready if we wanted them now? The mushroom starter was burnt to a crisp and had to be returned and then as they brought out fresh mushrooms so came our mains. Cold chips, no egg on gammon egg and chips. I then asked for a manager who apparently wasn't there. After complaining the young lady deputy manager just shrugged it off and went about her day giggling behind a door in the kitchen. I would just like to say if this is how you treat your customers on a daily basis I'm afraid your establishment won't last too long with the staff you have in there. When we arrive at 6 pm just on time as booked, we made the order happily. But about 5 minutes later, we were been told there is no any Sunday roast left. We have to accept the refund. And then, we tried to order something else, but so sad there is even no any starters, no any chicken or meat pizza/burger. There is nothing to eat! So unbelievably. It’s 6:30pm on Sunday! We just take one hour drive here, nothing to eat?? And the waitress are unhelpful. Very bad experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
