The Amsterdam Kitchen - Brighton

The Amsterdam Hotel was very clean and tidy and the staff was very helpful and polite. We stayed for 3 nights and the room was very well waited daily. A special mention for Peter der Bar Manager at Amsterdam Bar and kitchen under the hotel that went the extra mile to help with all our needs. He and his staff were very friendly and although it was really busy, he had time to consult on all local attractions and nothing was too much trouble for him. We recommend you to stay in this hotel and recommend that you visit Peter and his crew to make sure you get the most out of your short break.

Great terrace area, staff are fantastic especially barman Richard, cocktails are good at 2 for £15, and the entertainment provided is outstanding, I recommend a visit on a sunny afternoon
