I think they have a huge team of people who work behind the counter and as such they are very helpful for their customers who are good to see also they all seem to follow a good moral compass, so I can't mistake them as they do their work properly.

Despite the chaos, the front-line staff handled everything remarkably well. They remained calm and focused amidst the busyness. One staff member, Daniela, stood across from me and kindly apologized for the long wait. She also corrected a mistake in my order and was very polite throughout. Although the staffing situation wasn't ideal, the team managed to make the experience pleasant, leaving me with a smile on my face.

My only concern, which is why I rated it four stars instead of five, was regarding the condiments. I asked for straws, salt, and wipes at the designated collection area, but everything was kept in the pocket instead. This might have been a misunderstanding, but it affected my dining experience and kept it from being the five-star experience I was hoping for. After reading the previous reviews, I was worried, but I was pleasantly surprised by my visit. Overall, it was a fantastic four-star experience!

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The location is clean and beautiful, and the staff is incredibly friendly and professional. There are plenty of seating options available. The food is delicious, and I highly recommend trying the 10 wings for just £5.79. It's conveniently located on London Road, next to PureGym, and is open every day of the week: Monday to Wednesday from 10:30 AM to 11:00 PM, Thursday to Saturday from 10:30 AM to midnight, and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
