Pizza Hut - Brigham City

Ordered a delivery, check on it and even gave the driver ample amount of time to make it to us. And I was never delivered. Call 2 times and got hung up on. The third time they told me they delivered it to that house and there was no way when I was out front planting flowers next to the front door. Would bot recommend anyone ordering from there.

This young woman stayed after closing because I had such a long drive it was super nice and she was so polite. Thanks Pizza Girl

Almost $11 for a lunch item and a drink that only comes in two sizes. The food tasted ok.

The call center that takes their calls is ALWAYS AWFUL. Something that should be a 45 second call turns into 45 minutes. It's wild. The employees are fabulous in store though.

We ordered a delivery order that came to around $40. We were told the delivery would arrive around 7:00 PM and decided to call Pizza Hut back at 7:45.. We let them know that our order had not been received. They told us that their delivery driver had delivered the order. We went outside and searched our house and we even checked with a few of our neighbors and there were no pizzas. I called back the store and they said that they would send out another order after they told us that their driver assured us that it was delivered. A few minutes later, I received a call back from Pizza Hut and they let us know that they were out of parts of the items that we were ordering. At this point, we canceled the order and asked for a refund. No refund was given. Six days later we received a call from Pizza Hut and they said that they could not refund the order back to our debit card but that we would have to come back into the store to get cash. We did as instructed and received our refund less five dollars which we had added for a tip to the driver. Isn’t it strange that they would continue to tip a driver for food that was not received? It’s also interesting that we did not receive a full refund as we were promised. Sadly, we really enjoy Pizza Hut pizza, but we will never order delivery from this institution again.
