Yuki Hana - Brigantine

A visit to Yuki Hana is a must! The food here is amazing, undoubtedly the best on the island. This hidden gem is now well-known for its fresh and high-quality dishes. We enjoyed kani salads, AK 47 roll, Godzilla roll, sesame chicken, house special, shrimp appetizer, and tempura. If you're in search of delicious Chinese and Japanese cuisine on the island, Yuki Hana is a must-visit!

During my first visit to Brigantine, I decided to try out a new restaurant. Without a menu or prices in hand, I opted for my usual favorites: spicy crawfish and California rolls, along with some dumplings. To my delight, the bill came in under $20. This sushi restaurant offers great value and high-quality dishes. I am thrilled to have such a convenient option right after crossing the bridge in Brigantine. It seems like this spot is usually more for takeout than dine-in, but I had a great experience nonetheless.
