L'ustariola Dal Tia - BRIGA NOVARESE

Attracted by a video on the tube I went very quickly to this restaurant, especially for what I saw and I must say that I was not disappointed, relaxed eating and cooked with passion, I returned willingly.

I had a menu, all right. wein is unfortunately not prioritized. the white of the glass was drinkable, but moderate. the red was served too warm and unimaginable, so I asked the waiter to take it back and serve me half a bottle. of better local nebbiolo, who had spent a little time in a bucket with ice water. it got okay. Cheese are interesting and a few really strong. service is efficient and friendly. not bad!

Everything from beginning to end was simply amazing! excellent service, very friendly and casual. eating was fantastic, very fresh and local. small menu, but varied, something for everyone. everything came together, pissing hot, perfect timing. I can't expect them to have their deep fried zucchini flowers again. it is a small place, so reserve. one of the best places in the environment.

New star restaurant in northern Italy. eating was fantastic delicate meat, wonderful pasta. very good selection of local weeps try the different nebbiolos here in a homy atmosphere. all too reasonable price for money!
