The Quantock - Bridgwater

Thank you, thank you, thank you for feeding a very hungry family having left The Compass after a 2 hour wait we threw ourselves at the mercy of you and you fed us all. I hate not knowing the name of the young man (every one is young to me now) (medium height, rather curly unruly hair in a pony tail) what a guy. You were packed to the rafters but you still managed to seat 8 of us with a smile, allowing us to shift tables until we were comfortable. We went for the carvery and whilst not the best frozen veg) it certainly wasn't the worst I've had and to be honest I was starving and it filled me. What ever you pay this young man double it because I would return simply for his service which was second to none thank you.

Great customer service, went with my three young daughters to a minute laune. not to expect to get a table as the place was very busy. I was very surprised by the cordial greeting and about service olly and his team delivered us, sort us a table immediately and was happy to care for my one-year-old and the allergy of my daughter. good eating with friendly service, what more can they do

Stopped here on our way home from Butlins plenty of seats, carvery really tasty plenty of meat and good choice of veg, the man serving the carvery was really friendly and had a little chat. Will definitely return when back down this way. Thank you for a lovely lunch.

Came here for a family meal and a great catch-up. All our starters and mains came out with perfect timing, and everything was warm. Large well laid out outside area perfect for sunny days.Big free car park, but be aware you have to sign in using your registration number. Would definitely recommend and revisit if I was in the area again.

Lovely couple of meals in the evening. Nice being able to sit outside and relax while the weather is nice. Loads of space and easy to keep an eye on the kids playing on the play area.
