Subway - Bridgman

Went in at Noon, the girl working told everyone she was closing because it was busy and she was alone.Thats whatever I get it, but I ordered online and was given the wrong food. I attempted to call and get it fixed but nobody would answer. The food I was given has something I am allergic to all over it so I cant even eat that.That girl is alone everytime i go in there. Subway really needs to do better and not have their staff alone during peak hours. It is unfair to the customers but extremely unfair to the staff.

Best Subway I 've eaten at in a while. The counter girl was super friendly and the sandwich was delicious. I asked for spinach and when she put it on she asked is this too much? I said no, it 's great, the more the merrier and she asked if I would like more and she gave me more. The vegys were all fresh. Vegetarian options: Lots of fresh vegys. Also egg options for protein.

After waiting 4 1/2 minutes to pick up my to go order, I was told she was busy checking in the truck and I quote “ so you would have food to eat” in a less than friendly way. Extremely terrible customer service. And when I left, she was already out smoking another cigarette.

Not a long wait time for my sandwich order. The Assembly line is very efficient can handle a long line well.

Walked In and Fallon was hitting a nicotine vape inside the building. I'm pretty sure that a teen should not have that.After I finish eating, I see that same person smoking a marijuana joint on her vehicle. I can smell it. Way to go subway.
