Located in Bridgman, Michigan, this restaurant is known for their Italian goodies. Very convenient restaurant in Bridgman.I didn't like the food. I tried the Italian beef with sausage combo, and it felt thrown together, old, and dry. The menu stated that Au Jus would be on the side, but it wasn't. The beef was overcooked but did have a nice smell. I'm hoping to try other menu items.I didn't like the service. When I came, the staff seemed irritated and tired. I didn't come later in the day, so it could have been a long day for them. The atmosphere appeared dated but clean. There was nothing that set them apart from other restaurants. However, clean environment!I am grateful for the experience at Roma Pizza! Very convenient location, and hopefully, I can try other menu items in the future. Parking: Nice size parking lot! Kid-friendliness: Appeared to be kid-friendly. Wheelchair accessibility: Nice size restaurant for wheelchair accessibility.
Placed an order at 7:45pm for delivery for two half sandwiches and an order of tomato bread. We were told it would be 45 minutes, great, no problem. At 8:55 we called just to check and make sure it was still being worked on. Lady on the phone said our food had just come out and would be on its way. At 9:45 I called back to let them know our food had still not arrived after two hours of placing the order and told them to keep it because 1....it had now been 2 hours. 2....it had been 50 minutes since we were told the food was finished. She immediately hung up on me without another word. The driver actually showed up about 5 minutes later and was super kind, but definitely won't be ordering again. Customer service is absolute trash. I understand being busy and wouldn't usually have a problem with a delayed order but calling a third time and being hung up on was enough for me not to return.
Food is edible. But a 30 minute wait on food easily becomes 1hr. And then you just have to hope they put the right ingredients on your pie and then hope they cooked it all the way.....

Red sauce was ok , the rest was not. Had the Ravioli and was just nasty and tasted frozen. Cheese inside was kind of gross. Service for as few people there were in there, took like 20+ min for a simple dish. Heat pasta, toss on sauce.. For sure wont be going back.
