Przekaż informację zwrotnąI 've stayed at the Bridgewater Marriott twice this year, and thoroughly enjoyed both of my stays! This hotel seems, in my opinion, a little pricier than other Marriotts, however it ranks in my top 5 Marriott properties I 've stayed at... and I 've stayed at a lot! The hotel itself is in very good shape, and overall clean. The rooms feel modern and comfortable, plus they 're clean. The service was quite good from every person I encountered on both stays, always a warm smile and helpful attitude! The front desk made a point to recognize my Marriott Bonvoy status both times. The second time they even noticed my previous stay with them, and offered me a friendly and warm Welcome back! . Breakfast was buffet style, and was definitely one of the better ones I 've had with Marriott, I would even say offerings might 've changed slightly between both stays which is nice to know they change it up once in a while. As I said previously, it does feel a bit pricey compared to other Marriott properties I 've stayed at, but it 's all the little things that add up and made for two fantastic stays! I will definitely be staying again next time I find myself traveling to Bridgewater.
Lourdes was the sweetest person and best worker ever!! we loved our and she made our experience 100x better! Super accommodating and has a huge heart!
I had the pleasure of working with Stephanie for my November wedding. Can I tell you this place treated us like queens. Stephanie made sure that our experience was desirable, pleasurable, and one of a kind. From the taste testing to the actual wedding day I have no complaints. I recommend this venue and hotel to anyone who is looking to get married.
Frontdesk staff are rude. Even a bellman gave an ugly look upon giving $5 tip to bring luggage cart to room. They won't give you a luggage cart to take it yourself. In rooms NO LOTION, NO LOUNGE on 8th Floor. The staff treated TITANIUM members sonBAD THEN what about regular Guests? According to yelp 3.5 ratings is way too high. Pizza at the restaurant was burned. Pathetic charges.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. They had no heating at all and that is the Hotel policy during this time of the year (I stayed from Sept. 13 till Sept. 20). They do NOT issue refunds. A live BUG WAS FOUND IN my bed. They did not compensate at all for the inconvenience. They REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE INCIDENT REPORT. The bedroom did not have any item you need unless you ask for that. You have to ask for that. THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL I EVER STAYED IN MY LIFE. The lunchroom had spider webs on the interior windows. See attached photos. One of the the managers with last name that starts with letter A was really rude and very unhelpful rushing me out saying I have to go . This hotel is a joke junk place. This place will not allow me to attach the photo with the spider web in the lunch room. I tried to talk to the General Manager of this hotel Mr. Duarte and I was never able to find him available to talk about this issues. Hopefully the General Manager Mr. Duarte may contact me one day so he will now what is going on with this hotel.
