Taco Bell - BRIDGEVILLE

I visited the restaurant two nights ago after my son's baseball game, and even at 10:30 p.m., there were about five cars in line. I didn't mind the wait for my food; sometimes it can be slow, but everything is always fresh and my order is consistently accurate. The manager even expedited my food because he thought it was taking too long. I don’t mind waiting, as they are always apologetic and polite if they fall behind. Overall, it's a great value! I'm always satisfied with the service I receive.

I ordered around $50 worth of food, and everything was hot, tasted great, and was exactly as I requested! Out of all five fast food spots along this route, Taco Bell definitely had the best order accuracy. Plus, we only waited five minutes, which is impressive considering we ordered over 20 items!

I genuinely felt like the only customer in the restaurant. The employees made me laugh and joked around with me, which created a relaxed atmosphere where I didn’t feel rushed at all. Unlike many fast food drive-thrus, I sensed that they were happy to have me there. When I wasn’t quite sure how to place my order, the man who assisted me patiently helped me articulate what I wanted. The service provided by the man and woman in the drive-thru on March 30, 2018, at 11:10 am was truly exceptional. I don’t know what they’re being paid, but they definitely deserve a raise! Taco Bell is lucky to have such outstanding representatives on their team!
