The Tides Barbados - Bridgetown

We had a fantastic time at The Tides. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, the view was stunning, and the food and drinks were outstanding. They truly helped make our special celebration even more memorable. Highly recommended!

This restaurant is not just one of the best on the west coast, but also in Barbados—possibly the best I've ever experienced. The atmosphere, service, and food (the barracuda was fantastic) were all outstanding, not to mention the breathtaking view. I highly recommend arriving early to relax in the lounge while enjoying some of their signature cocktails and admiring the wonderful artwork.

We booked a table for 6pm on Friday evening and chose to reserve a table on the terrace. From the guys parking the car to the hosts and servers at our table, every single person we dealt with were an absolute dream. On entering we were shown to the best table in the house, overlooking the sea under the large arch. We started with cocktails and were given plenty of time before ordering. The food was incredible, with so much though and effort out into the smallest details. The wine offering is extensive, we opted for a 2018 Petit Chablis that was the icing on the cake for the meal. At a time when it's not always easy to feel safe in the public all the staff at Tides made us feel extremely comfortable and my wife and I had a fantastic evening.

My hubby and I visited on our honeymoon and we had an exceptional experience from the time we pulled into the driveway. We were greeted by staff who right away made us feel special. Our car was parked for us, health checks were done all seemlessly and we were seated with an ocean view in no time. Our server Wayne was amazing and made us laugh, took pictures for us while serving us our meals and drinks without delay. The food was delicious! We enjoyed every bite. I had the lobster and my husband the steak. We also had calamari for our appetizer and some very delicious dessert. We will certainly return! Thank you

Tides is a fantastic experience! From the valet service to the bar and dining areas, the atmosphere is vibrant and the staff is amazing. And let’s not forget the food—it's absolutely outstanding! The Thai chicken served in a real coconut is a must-try, the spicy chicken wings are delicious, and the guava cheesecake paired with mango sorbet is simply impeccable. The restaurant also prioritizes COVID safety, with sanitizing stations everywhere, including a cute spray bottle on the table. I have to mention the thoughtful gesture of the waiter bringing us scarves when we felt cold—it truly elevated the experience. I can't wait to come back!
