They made home made loaves of spelt bread, spelt pasta, chickpea 'tofu ' style burgers, wild rice and quinoa etc all with locally grown veggies and salad. Beautiful flavours and seasoning. Thank you very much, We will be back! Micha and Aara
This place is right next to Plant Lyfe on the top floor of Cheapside Market. It’s all quite basic. No menus just a description of what they have on that day. We had a large portion of food to share. There was some chickpea curry, noodles, rice, salad inc avocados and some homemade croutons. Very tasty and filling. The large potion was $25 Bajan. I would recommend!
Located upstairs Inside Cheapside market, this place is wonderful. We had originally intended to eat at Roots and Reggae but they were closed on this Tuesday. They are next to Renentet. You won 't be disappointed. The food was delicious. It cost the equivalent of £6.50 for a 'small 'portion, which was large enough to satisfy most appetites. The set meal consisted of chick pea stew, pasta wild rice and some salad. The mildly curried chick pea stew was the star although it all went together perfectly. Quick and easy to walk to from the bus station.
This charming little restaurant is located on the top floor of the budget-friendly market next to the old town hall. The owners, Korey and his mother, are absolutely delightful. They offer a variety of local breads, Spelzbrot, Spelzpastea, chickpea "tofu" style burgers, wild rice, quinoa, and more, all made with fresh, locally sourced vegetables and salads. The aromas and spices are simply amazing. Thank you for a wonderful experience; we will definitely be back! - Micha and Aara
The restaurant is situated at the top of the supermarket inside Cheapside Market, and it’s a fantastic spot. We initially planned to dine at Roots and Reggae, but unfortunately, they were closed on Tuesday. They are located next to Renentet. You definitely won't be disappointed here. The food was delicious, costing the equivalent of £6.50 for a "small" portion that was quite generous and satisfying for most appetites. The set menu featured chickpeas, pasta, wild rice, and a salad. The standout dish was the slightly spicy chickpea stew, but everything complemented each other perfectly. It's also a quick and easy walk from the bus station.
